From the library home page (library.nu.edu), Click the A-Z Database List under the Smart Search box. 

On the A tab, select All EBSCO Databases.  After logging in you'll be at the Choose Databases screen, select the following databases to search: CINAHL, Education Research Complete, ERIC, PsycArticles, Academic Search Premier.

Use a variety of search terms such as:

  • Atypical Motor Development
  • Movement
  • Movement Disorders
  • Motor Ability
  • Movement Disorders in Children

And then the stage of development such as:

  • Infant or newborn or one-month-old
  • Early Childhood or Preschool or Early Elementary or Kindergarten

Be sure to connect synonyms with OR

Remember to limit your search to scholarly, peer reviewed by checking the boxes.
