Will the Academic Success Center edit my documents?

- Academic coaches will not edit for you; however, a writing coach can assist you in learning the skills needed to proofread your own documents in an individual session. The purpose of academic coaching is to assist you with developing the skills needed to complete your program. Your coach will provide you with a personalized coaching plan that will guide you in developing competency in the skills needed to proofread and edit scholarly writing.
- If you would like additional support with proofreading and editing, please explore the Academic Success Center's Proofreading Service page. This is a fee-based service offered to all NU students. Students also have access to Grammarly in the Academic Success Center under Editing Resources.
