How do I locate my appointment form to fill it out?

Answer

There are two ways to locate your appointment form.

Locating Your Appointment Form - A

  1. Log in to the Academic Success Center Coaching Schedule at - https://nu.mywconline.com.
  2. Select the arrow next to "Welcome (Your Name)" at the top of the schedule.
  3. Select "My Appointments."

  1. A list of your scheduled appointments will appear to the right.
  2. Locate and select the appropriate appointment.

  1. The Appointment Form for that session will open. 

 

Locating Your Appointment Form - B

  1. Log in to the Academic Success Center Coaching Schedule at - https://nu.mywconline.com.
  2. Scroll down the page to the day of your scheduled appointment.
  3. Look for a golden square that indicates your appointment.
  4. Select the gold square.

     5. The Appointment Form for that session will open.
