If you are having difficulty signing into Academic Writer, please complete Academic Writer's Contact Customer Engagement form. When completing the form, include specific details to help their team troubleshoot the issue, and include the email address you use to log in to Academic Writer. Academic Writer's response will be sent to the email address you provided in the form. Please CC the Academic Success Center at asc@ncu.edu if you reply to the Customer Engagement team via email.
