Due to Copyright Law, we are not permitted to submit Interlibrary Loan requests for more than one (1) article from any one issue of a journal published within the last five (5) years.
If you would like to read more about Interlibrary Loan and Copyright Law, please see the Reproduction of Copyrighted Works by Educators and Librarians, published by the United States Copyright Office:
Of particular interest to students will be Section 108, paragraph d which stipulates that no more than one article may be copied from a periodical issue.
Students can also refer to the Interlibrary Loan Copyright Guidelines and Best Practices, published by the Copyright Clearance Center, for more information about copyright guidelines:
If you want to review an entire issue, then it is best to find a local public or academic library that subscribes to the journal. If you search in the WorldCat database using the title of the journal as a keyword search and then scroll down and check the limit box next to "Serial Publications" your first result should be the correct journal. Click "Libraries Worldwide" and then click "Display All Libraries" to see the list of all the libraries in your state that subscribe to this journal. Check with the library to make sure that the particular volume/issue is available. Another option is to see if this issue is available for purchase directly from the publisher. Use Google to locate the journal's home page and see if there are any purchase options.
