Yes, you may chat live with a Reference Librarian. Look for the "Chat with Us!" icon on the library's Ask Us page, as pictured below.
The chat widget is also on the bottom right-hand side of most library pages.
If you click the link and the library staff is offline, you will be prompted to search for your answer or submit your question, as shown below. You will receive an email response as quickly as possible.
