Upon graduation you can choose to still be an active member in the NU Commons. Although we haven’t launched all alumni yet into the Commons, for those of you who have been in the Commons there is no reason for you not to have access if you want it. Initially as you graduate your Commons access will be blocked. Alumni who had access to the Commons prior to graduating can take these steps to reactivate their membership.
If you graduated from one of our individual-based masters or doctoral programs, the first step to regain access to the Commons is to reactivate your NCU o365 email through the Service Desk at 1.888.628.1567 or by emailing servicedesk@ncu.edu. Once you have done that you should be able to log back into NCUOne and click on the Commons link. You will then be prompted to opt back into the Commons as an alum. Once in if you want to change the email you received notifications under your Account settings menu options under your Profile Image.
If you graduated from our group-based programs, please submit this request to reactivate your NU Commons access to Commons@ncu.edu.
