Content from a library database is not loading. What should I do?

If content (videos/modules/etc.) from a library database is not loading properly, it is recommended that you clear your browser's cookies and cache. Internet browsers maintain a local copy of websites and other related items on your disk or in memory to speed up the reloading of previously visited sites. However, allowing your cache to become too large may slow your computer down, or prevent a website from loading the most up-to-date information.

1. If you are experiencing issues accessing a library database, we recommend clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and restarting it. Simply hold down the ctrl+shift+delete keys and release. Select cookies, cache, and temporary internet files, if available, to clear.

Please see the links below for instructions on how to clear your cookies and cache in specific browsers:

2You might also try using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
