Why am I receiving an "Unexpected Error Occurred [Authentication Error Code 137]" when accessing NavigatorSearch (formerly Roadrunner) or an EBSCOhost database?

The error message stating Unexpected Error Occurred [Authentication Error Code 137] when accessing NavigatorSearch (formerly Roadrunner) or an EBSCOhost database can be attributed to a broken link or a temporary lapse in your library access that requires you to log back in again.

The Library recommends closing out of your web browser and logging back into the resource using your university credentials.

Clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and restarting it is further recommended. Simply hold down the ctrl+shift+delete keys and release. Select cookies, cache, and temporary internet files, if available, to clear.

You might also try using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge, or disconnecting from a VPN service that may be conflicting with your library access.
