The best starting point for locating organizational culture surveys is the Tests & Measurements Guide. Because there are many different ways to discover test instruments, the guide details how to search for them in various Library resources and online. Additionally, you may want to view the Locating Tests and Measurements webinar recording.
As an example, you may conduct a search for "organizational culture" using our APA PsycTests database. Click the link below to see example search results. Please note that these instruments may not necessarily be surveys; they could be scales, interview questions, tests, etc.
Click here to view an example search in APA PsycTests.
You could also try conducting a NavigatorSearch, the central search box found on the Library's homepage. NavigatorSearch searches most of our Library's database content. We suggest using the following search terms: AB "organizational culture" AND AB survey. Click the link below to see example search results.
Click here to view example NavigatorSearch (formerly Roadrunner) results.
Again, these are just two methods of locating test instruments. All methods are covered in the Tests & Measurements Guide.
