How to Register Your Westlaw Edge Account:
Westlaw Edge is Westlaw's new search platform with the following added features.
- Generate AI-enhanced reports indicating authority that may have been missed and authority contrary to your opponent’s position.
- Data-driven insights on judges, courts, attorneys, law firms, damages, and case types to enhance your case strategy.
- Better exposure of invalid law with KeyCite Implied Overrulings.
- Instantly compare statute and regulation versions.

Step 1: Go to westlaw.com/edge using a window that is not private or incognito.
Step 2: Click on "Add Registration key"
Step 3: Fill in the form:
Product: Westlaw Edge
Registration key: (you will receive an email with your unique registration key)
Custom Label: You can write in "none"
Email: Use your nu email address
Step 4: Click on Continue
Step 5: Create your profile
Step 6: Create your username, password and security question.
Sign in to your Westlaw Edge Account:
Step 1: Agree to the terms and conditions
Step 2: Click continue
Step 3: Client Name: This can be your name or you can leave blank. It doesn't matter, since you do not have any clients that you are billing:
