Housing Allowance – When will I receive my Post 9/11 GI Bill monthly housing allowance and what will be the amount of the payment?
Answer
VA will send the monthly housing allowance payment directly to you at the beginning of each calendar month. The amount of the monthly payment will be prorated based on your eligibility percentage and the number of days you were in a course during the previous calendar month.
