Tuition & Fee Payment – Will the VR&E benefit cover my tuition and fee charges?
Answer
If approved, your VR&E counselor will designate a specific education program and timeframe for which the benefit may be used. They will send the school an authorization form allowing the school to invoice VA for the tuition and fee charges associated with the approved education program, for the designated timeframe. The tuition and fee charges will be paid directly to the school by VA.
