I'm having trouble accessing a link to an assigned video in my course syllabus. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we occasionally receive reports from students and staff of access issues to Alexander Street Press, Films on Demand databases, or other video databases linked to their online course. Reports of broken links in courses should be reported to the Online Learning and Instructional Support Team (OLIS), and olis@nu.edu

Alternatively, you may access your assigned videos directly to the Films on Demand database or others through the videos section of the A-Z database list. Follow the steps below to access the videos.
