Urgent issues addressed as needed. Please submit a ticket to the NU Library Request Form.

Assistance is also available 24/7 through chat, though not all systems issues may be able to be resolved immediately.

What do I need to do to make sure all Library databases work properly on my computer?

When using the Library databases, please make sure that you are using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.
